Question for H1B application with M.S degree pending

Hello all,

I am a master student (M.S degree in thesis option)in US. Now I have finished all of the courses requirement for my M.S degree. The only things I left for my M.S degree are M.S thesis and defense.

Next April, I want to apply for H1B. If you have not finished my M.S thesis, could you tell me whether I can apply for the H1B for advanced degree? Could I add a note: M.S degree pending for explanation?

Your timely assistant will be greatly appreciated!
