BTW, I sent them my ETA9035 after I got the REF.

The denial is not due to absense of 9035.
It is because that the date on 9035 does not match (is later than) the date on I129.

so I think I need send all I129 documents with new date and a valid 9035 together. Please confirmt it, thanks!
