If your priority date is current, then you can file 140, 485, 765, 131 all together for both your wife and you.
B.
You cannot just file 140 and 765, because 765 is based on 485 application. That means if your priority date is not current, then you have to wait until it is current, after that you can apply 765 for your wife.
