140, 485 pending, H1B just approved, need to inform USCIS?

my I140 and 485 are pending, and my H1B was just approved. do I need to inform uscis to update my status? if Yes, what should I do?

in my 140 and 485 forms, my status is F1 with OPT that expired 08/15/2007. I am afraid that when they process my case, they might think I am out of status if they don't know my approved H1B.
