Have to leave the U.S. exactly the date my H1B expires?

我的１４０出问题，不能延期H1B了。要离开一年重新回来。至少现在老板和我都是这么计划的。我要在H1B到期当天离开美国吗？打包要花点时间。如果H1B到期后十天才走，会不会明年回来时有问题？谢谢解答。
