向专家和过来人请教：timing for renewing H1B while 485 is pending

H1B年底到期，485 （EB1, filed to TSC in July 2006)is still pending. 我现在必须renew HIB 了吗？还是可以再等一等，看485是否有在十月份之前批的可能性？
