Again, I called them and was told the three-day waiting period. It was about Ottawa, but I am not sure about others. I have an impression that I saw it somewhere before that it is also true in Toronto, but not very sure. But, anyway, hope for the best but also be ready for the worst. Good luck to you. (If you want to make it 100% sure, you may want to call them @$2/min. to ask about Toronto.)
