1st H1b Activation Question?

什么时候我必须海外激活h1b?
两周前刚拿到h1b, 本人上周file i485,ＯＰＴ马上到期。相等拿到ｒｅｃｅｉｐｔ和
AP再出境。有人说我必须在９／２１之前激活ｈ１ｂ，否则ｈ１ｂ无效。
