your BS based H-1 is irrelevant to your I-140/485. If you ask if you're qualified for AP/EAD, the answer is "Yes". If you ask whether or not you need them, it's the question for you to answer since you already knew what they do.

I'd not get them when I'm in H-1, BTW.
