为什么美国公司喜欢要有加拿大国籍的人

他们不也得申请H1-B签证吗?不明白. 大家知道区别吗?
下面是猎头给我写的信:"In what countries do you hold citizenship? The reason I ask is because some companies will sponsor a Canadian citizen, some will sponsor international candidates, and some will not sponsor at all. "
