Question about H1B renew? Thanks.

请教各位专家，是不是递交485以后，H1B只能一年一年的延期，不能延三年的了？
另外，没有换单位，但换了部门，job title也变了，没有通知移民局，H1B延期的时候有没有影响？要不要交amendment?
