I am on H1B status and have AP, and I-485 (PERM track) is pending. I plan to go back to China. I m not sure whether to use AP or H1B to come back.

If using AP, is H1B still valid? Can I extend H1B? And can I transfer H1 to another company if chnging job?

If using H1B, then what's the usage of AP to me(I don't want to find a part-time job)?
- 建议 H 的同学还是回国签证好。不同于 F， VO 最多 check 你一番，没有＂移民倾向＂的危险了。再说，申请张 AP 的银子，都够签两回证了，－－这还是没涨价的行情。

也有同学申请了 AP，然后再在国内签证 。签成了用签证，签不成了用 AP。老师觉得这虽然是一百二十个保险，但不是十分必要。原因刚刚讲了。
