Which service center you sent your file to? Mine was filed three weeks ago and no receipt yet. I called CIS customer service number 1-800-375-5283 with options:
1-->2-->2-->6-->2-->2-->2(I hope I remembered it correctly), I was told that if it's VSC or CSC, it'll take 45 days to send the receipt. But one time a lady told me that she could look for my case if I was petitoner or the lawyer. Yours is over 45 days, you should have your petitioner or lawyer check with CIS.
