就是说若我们明年初回国探亲,我应该用我的新雇主给的H1,

而家人可以合法用目前雇主给的H4(4/2008到七)?
- H4 is based on you not your employer
your spouse is in legal status of H4 through Apr 2008, as long as you're in legal status, without having to extend H4.
