请教各位关于H1B transfer时 similar job的问题

我的专业是accounting,毕业后一直在做international procurement (buyer),最近拿到Big Four的auditing的offer.我现在公司的移民律师说这两种工作是完全不同的类别。可是我真得很想去做auditing。我打算把问题留给新公司的律师去处理。但是又怕律师说行，结果我去了，三个月以后，H1B transfer 被拒怎么办。新公司要求9月开始工作，所以不能等到transfer批准了以后再去。真头疼啊。请问一下各位有没有类似的经验可以借鉴一下？多谢。
