a stupid question about H1B(Ask Xiao Bai Tu)

Now, I have H1B1 visa.

Can I open a company with H1B1 status? In fact it is not a "real" company. I just want to sell something for a company to earn extra money. They need my social security number. Does this affect my future green card application?
