about H1B --- thank you!

The company I'm working with is a division of a big company.
My paycheck is issued by the division. And my H1b is filed by this division.

Now the headerquarter is re-organizing, and by the end of this month, I am going to report to HQ, instead of the sub. I thus will be on the HQ payroll list. Is my H1b still valid after the reorganization?
