let me make this clear

使用AP后回到美国不换雇主，进入AOS/H1双态，在不改变身份时与H1没有什么区别，回来继续干H1，但一旦有变化，就会触发进入纯AOS状态。

EAD的使用直接导致进入纯AOS状态。
