Xiaobaitu and other experts, please help about H1B/I-94

I am currently holding two I797s/I-94s, one for my current emplyer and the another for my employer after Oct. 1st. For I140 and I485 submission, which one I should use or both of them, and which employer I should ask for the employment letter?
