有过J1经历，现在是h1B, 递交485时候需要递交当时Jwaiver?

有过J1经历，后来有过几个h1B,现在以h1身份申请485调整(i-140已经批准），现在还需要递交当年j1waiver的批准信么？ 我找不到了。焦急中。
