Ask xiaobaitu and other friends: Do I need to reapply H1-b again

I got my H1-b visa two month ago, which just permit two times entrance to USA. Next week I want to go to Buffalo to my passport for stamping visa of Canada and pick it up in person, then finish landing process. If I do like this, then I use up my two times entrance of H1-B to USA, right? I think I have no chance to reapply USA visa again before I leave for USA(Since I will leave for USA on July.6). Could you please tell me what is the the best procedure in my case? Thanks a lot.
