没觉得会有如此严重吧，大家讨论看看

她拿的是学校h1b,现在还在老板的实验室工作，此 h1b是有效的。老板同时给她办了老板公司的h1,去年10月份生效，本来希望过几个月去工作，但现在遇到资金困难，不打算让她那么早去，但很快今年10月就来了。新的h1没有启动，应该不会影响身份的吧。现在就是想知道如果10月份后老板让她去，还能否管用？
