求教小白兔和各位：I-９４卡号码和H1B不一致，４８５怎么填？

求教小白兔和各位：I-９４卡号码和H1B不一致，４８５怎么填？我今年换工作，新的H1B上的I-９４号码和旧H1B上的一样。但我在去年底换工作前回国入境，有了新的I-９４卡，是另外一个号码。我现在就有２个９４号码：去年入境的I-９４号码和今年刚批准H1B的I-94号码，４８５该写那一个呢？
