学校H1B 延期中，拿receipt 工作，能否file 485？

请问各位，我在学校工作，h1b延期递交上去已经2月了，还没有批。下个月1号旧H1过期，需要拿receipt工作（已经收到）。 现在准备file485.问大家这样有问题么？以后会不会有RFE要看正式的H1b? 谢谢！
