请教法居士关于H1B TRANSFER

我的H1B是由A公司sponsor的,到2004年2月1日到期.2003年10月,A公司递上延期申请,如今VSC只办到2003年9月,所以延期仍处于PENDING状态.

今年的3月5日被LAYOFF, 在3月4日我向VSC递上转F2的申请,至今仍未收到任何通知.

现在有B公司愿意雇佣我,我能不能撤回F2申请,同时申请H1B TRANSFER? 如果能,是等H1B延期下来以后申请TRANSFER,还是现在就可以申请TRANSFER?
