I-485 file 和回国申请H1b的问题

请教大家一个问题。
我的I-485在六月份就可以file了,我现在是h1b,计划在六月中回国，在北京申请h1b.
请问这时候对绿卡申请有没有问题？？我听说如果这样的话，我在回到美国时候才能申请EAD/AP。回到美国前可以递交i-485吗？有什么限制？？
