请教xiaobaitu:H1-B六年到期如何算法?现在跳槽还来得及吗?

我02年3月持H4来美,后来改为H1-B,第一份I-797是从03年3月算起,请问H1-B六年到哪年EXPIRE? 是以我的H1-B日期算起还是LG的?现有一家公司让我去,但GC必须重新办起,如果现在跳槽马上办LC还来得及吗?
