1.一定要穿西装打领带?只穿衬衣可不可以?
无所谓，得体就好



2.DS-156的第15问(home address),填中国的地址还是美国的地址?
美国的


3.DS-156的第20问(name and address of present employer).我已经从旧公司辞职,回国休假了二个月,现在签新公司的H1B.这里填新公司的名字和地址还是写N/A?

新公司的，不能填N/A


4.DS-156的第25问(name and telephone number of preson in US who you will be staying with),由于在第24问(At what address will you stay in The US)填写了我在美国的地址,这里该写谁的名字和电话号码?难道写我自己的名字?

可以填N/A
