H1B renew, salary is lower than the reqired

我需要办理H1B renew, 我现在的工资比申请H1B时多一点,但还没有达到移民局的要求.请问我的H1B renew 有可能被批准吗?
在不要求雇主涨工资的前提下, 有什么办法吗?
