B visa - F1-h1b can I get stamp in Mexico?

I changed B visa to F1 in Mexico several years ago and reentered US as F1. Now I got H1b. Can I get H1b stamp in Mexico?
How long the visa stamp lasts? One year or three years for multiple entries?
