Your H-1B application will not affect your I-485 and EAD applications, vice versa. You had better not use EAD after you get it. If you use your EAD, you will lose your H-1B status. Of course, you (or your hu*****and)need to provide your legal status evidence when you invite your parents to visit you. Your I-485 application will not affect your parents to get the visas.
