离职H1B退还公司办理费用问题

当时花了大概四千的样子。

现在因为在年限内离开，要退还公司这笔费用。

问题是怎么退。公司这笔钱走帐是计入运营成本的，但是如果我用自己的钱退，显然
不太合理，因为是税后收入。如果公司从税前剩余工资扣除，我个人损失会小一些。但
这样可能最后一张paycheck就没有了，会影响新的H1B transfer。

有遇到类似情况的弟兄吗？分享一下你的经验吧。
