OPT-H1B-Green Card

我学化学，并将申请OPT。 有一贸易公司要我(因我以前在国内干过)，我知此OPT不能干贸易，请问移民局会不会知道我在干什么(在OPT内)？。如申请H1B，有无问题？以及以 后，如Green Card, 有无问题？多谢！不好意思，问题太多。
