Xiaobaitu, or other experts, can I keep my current H1-B when tak

I work for my current employer with H1b, and I am happy with that job, do not want to lose it. recently, a friend recommended me a part-time job, schedule is very flexible, I am interested in it and plan to aplly EAD for that job (my I-140 NIW has been approved, I-485 is pending). My question is if i will lose h1b status when keep another job by using EAD. hope to get your suggestions. Thanks in advance.
