Your daughter might need help from herself, like gets to school as F1, and repeat our journey.

With PD 08/2004, it may take up to 2-3 years before your Mr. and youself to start filing I-485, which your daughter could not wait, and what is worse, there is no other way to speed this.

Another option might be, if she is here in US, she could marry some guy (classmate in University, for example) who has GC/or Citizen... Well, this is not a bad choice actually.
