if 485 was denied, you don't have H-1, and you dead

EAD would not give you time to have plan B.
You need keep you H-1b as long as possible until you are GREENED.
Do not waist money. You will get money later after you are GREENED. don't keep small money and lost the gold.
Don't trust any one here, no one is Pro. ask your lawyer. be sure get a good one.
