help appreciated on H1B data collection

I have been using H1B for almost 3 years, never left the U.S. since getting the H1B status.

"yes" or "no" to the question on H1B data collection: "has the beneficiary been previously granted status as H1B in the past 6 years and not left the U.S. for more than one year after attaining such status?"?
