1，我有cover 到H1批准的合法身份，请问如何申请在美国境内转换身份呢？公司已经将申请材料准备好了，在邮寄时是否需要把我的护照原件和申请材料一起寄到移民局呢？
2 在 I-129 申请表中：
Part 4 If the person named in part 3 is outside the united states or a requested extension of stay or change of status can not be granted. Give the U.S. consulate or inspection facility you want notified if this petition is approved.
公司填写了这一项并选择“consulate" 和“beijing" office.
我的问题是在这种情况下是否意味着我要出境， 在北京申请签证呢？（这一项是不是不应该填写呢？）
