1、应在签证到期前提前多久申请？申请后大体多久能收到新的签证？
答: 大约三个月左右--半年内是允许的.
取决于哪个洲,加洲,两个月

2、递交140后是否马上可以申请六年后延期，应当申请多久，一年还是三年？

只有140APPROVED 之后才有资格申请三年
