Even I am not 小白兔 and I know less than him/her, here is what I know:

请问小白兔，H1B 5年，140APPROVED，未递485(等排期)
这种情况下申请H1B延期，可以再申请3年吗?还是只能申请1年。

3 years because 140APPROVED

如果可以申请3年，如果1年后仍未递485就转换工作，
那H1B延期所剩下的2年还能继续用吗?

It was said that you can use it only if your current employer does not revoke your I140. just FYI.
