H1B Question Thanks

I am in CA, my company lawyer is in Seattle, WA. So it is OK to ask him to help me apply h1B visa? or Should I find a local lawyer?

Does anyone know a good lawyer for H1B visa? It it painful to apply H1B visa at this time, I have to find a good one.
