I got the approval notice of h1B, but not have the I-94 card

Dear Madam/Gentleman,

Recently, I got the approval notice of H1B, but did not have the I-94 card. The case is transfered from a B-1.

Can you kindly give the suggestions for the reason, it will affect the apply the visa stamping?
