"如果你用AP回国后返回原为你申请H1的单位工作，你的H1依然有效,
你将拥有AOS和H1双层身份，你的H1可以继续保留，也可以延期。但如果用AP入境后不是回到原来的、为你申请H1的工作单位继续工作，你的H1就自动失效了，你只有AOS身份，一旦485被拒绝，你将必须离开美国. "
