Question about H1b gap

My OPT will expire on July 10th. I am planning to deliver my H1b application in Apr. I have already have MBA degree, is it OK to enroll in a language school to cover the time gap? People told me it is a little bit risky since I don't seem to have a reason to take language course after got a MBA already.
Please help......
