Radiology, XBT Thanks. PERM location is different my H1B work lo

Radiology, thanks, There is some misunderstnandings. I mean that I will apply PERM and PERM's job discripation will use other office. So I can get lower PWD. But I used my current office for H1B. My current office is 30 miles away from other office. So I was wondering if that will affect I-140 and 485 in future. and Do I need H1B work location application and when? Will I have some trouble if I keep working in my current office.
