请问H1B Transfer的问题. 两个公司先后递交如何处理？

我找到了公司A的录用，A把H1B Transfer发出去了，
可是公司B的录用下来了，并且比公司A好很多。

请问这个情况之下我可以接受B的工作吗？

怎样做呢？是否要把A的申请取消才可以开始B的申请？
