H1B Six Year Extension

My H1B will expire by Sept 07. My 140 has been approved. (Still waiting for priority date to become current). I need to travel to China this March and assume I need to renew my H1B for additional 3 years before my trip. Can anyone tell me how easy/difficult this renew process will be? How long will it take? How much will it normally cost? Please advice and thanks.
