H1B is very standard stuff

If it's in a university or big company, your HR will take care of all these. A competent lawyer is only effectively useful when you want to play with the job title or get a lower wage to qualify or work around the payability evidence of a two man new company. If your job pays above DOL standard and it's a true professional job. H1B petition is really just paperwork.
