H1-B Pending

我　在２００６ 年 １０月递交 H1-B transfer 申请。今天在移民网查已经开始处理２００６ 年 １１ 月。我 的 status is still pending。我的律师暂没联系上。很着急。有没人有过这样的经历？能不能帮着分析分析。谢谢！
