H1B业余时间收入是否影响I485

5年前J1来美， 经过了waiver、H1B、I140等痛苦步骤，现在485已经递交一年了，指纹也做了近一年。有一点问题一直担心。 过去几年业余时间捣鼓了一些网站，网站上放了一些affiliate program 的广告，通过这些广告挣了些额外收入。那些广告公司因此在每年年底寄来了一些1099表。为了做一个守法纳税人， 我每年都如实交了大量的税金，这些数字非常大， 远远超过H1B的工资收入。在报485时我也如实复印了我的联邦报税表过去。请问各位大老：

1。我跟那些广告公司没有任何雇佣关系，只是相当于contract的自我雇佣形式。我在网上的这些收入是否违反移民法？


2。这些收入形式是否会影响485的审核，从而导致被拒绝？

3。 有什么办法补救吗？
